Personal data processing and protection policy

The personal data of the Client are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Lumisenses.com, collecting Costumer´s personal data when creating a customer account and /or ordering.

The personal data to be processed: customer’s name, personal identification code, email address, mobile number and consumption preferences. Lumisenses.com uses personal data to provide services to the Consumer, further development and personalization.

These particular policies must be taken into consideration in the first place on the Lumisenses.com website for the sale of goods and personalized offers to customers.

When the customer enters his or her data in the online store and authorizes the rights with the corresponding approval, then Lumisenses.com has the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data and to provide the logistics partner with the necessary data for the delivery of the goods. Lumisenses.com has the rights to use customer’s address or location for advertisement and other informational purposes.

The consumer has the right at any time to prohibit the collection of his/her personal data, unless this is necessary for the recovery of obligations under the contract or to deliver the goods. Agreement to the use of personal data mentioned above, can not be withdrawn retroactively.

The use of electronic personal data, applies only when Consumer has approved the Lumisenses.com webpage. Upon payment of encrypted data banks for purchases, the Consumer guarantees the security of personal banknotes and does not have access to Lumisenses.com.

Lumisenses.com will never share personal information to any third parties.
